ABOUT THE ARCHIVE

INSPECTION_ is a piece of artwork that was created using CT scan of my own head. Here, it is extracted from its institutional function and repositioned as an object for public inspection, a gesture that resembles intimate intrusion.

Drawing from my daily practice as a radiology medical officer, it examines the uneasy relationship between medicine and personhood. It emerges from a recurring internal question: what went wrong inside my head? The installation behaves as an archive, confession and evidence.

INSPECTION_ ultimately aims to collapse the boundaries between observer and examiner. It questions whether technology truly reveals the human condition, or merely produces new surfaces onto which fear, grief and identity are projected.
